A New Journey, Charting a New Course, and Securing a Strong Start to the First Quarter | Three Fronts Join Forces to Accelerate Progress; Through Diligent Action, We Write a New Chapter

News, 2026-03-27

The first quarter marks a critical period for launching the year’s operations. Jinan Rubber & Plastic Parts Company closely aligned with the Group’s strategic directives, focusing on coordinated efforts across three key areas—production organization, quality control, and safety precautions—to successfully complete its production and delivery targets. The company achieved a strong start to the year, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development throughout the year.

 Efficient Coordination Accelerates Production Synergy

The company has launched a comprehensive campaign to boost production, focusing on the key priorities of “ensuring delivery, maintaining stable operations, and increasing production capacity.”

We have fully implemented a T+7 pre-locked production scheduling mechanism to prepare resources in advance and coordinate scarce resources from multiple sources, thereby minimizing disruptions to production. We verify basic information and delivery volumes item by item to ensure that production plans are issued in a scientific and efficient manner, leaving no blind spots. Daily product delivery meetings are held to resolve bottlenecks and challenges on-site, ensuring that issues are addressed immediately and production runs smoothly without interruption. By accurately tracking product completion times and final assembly schedules, we make informed decisions on warehousing and logistics, truly achieving the goal of “producing, shipping, and delivering on time.” We assess production line capacity from all angles against the vehicle production capacity enhancement plan. For bottleneck processes, we decisively implement solutions such as subcontracting and outsourcing, ensuring that capacity follows demand and resources revolve around the production lines. By “correcting course” based on core performance metrics, we ensure that production operations remain stable and efficient at all times.

Iron-fisted oversight, fortifying the “lifeline” of quality delivery

The company is closely adhering to the overall quality work plan for 2026, taking decisive measures to safeguard the “quality delivery” lifeline.

Following the approach of “establishing templates for major product categories and promoting comprehensive coverage,” quality requirements are being integrated into the production preparation phase. Quantitative standards for key quality control points are being defined to ensure that critical stages have clear benchmarks to follow. This drives the shift in quality management toward “process prevention.” Targeting critical parameters such as dynamic-to-static ratio, torque, and continuity, the company has organized specialized inspection campaigns to ensure comprehensive control over the manufacturing process and achieve full-process quality traceability. By analyzing top failure data from pre-sales and after-sales services, the company has thoroughly investigated root causes and implemented corrective measures. For issues exposed on the Quality Exposure Platform, the company strictly enforces a 48-hour rapid response mechanism, dispatching technicians to the site immediately while simultaneously updating repair work instructions to provide robust support for precise repairs.

Strengthening Defenses and Weaving a Tight “Safety Net”

The company is approaching all safety initiatives with a “start-from-scratch” mindset, focusing on management upgrades, risk prevention and control, and accountability, to ensure the full implementation of its annual safety plan.

 • Management Upgrades and Dynamic Updates to Regulations and Policies

We continuously monitor the latest laws, regulations, and standards, promptly revise policy documents, clarify regulatory standards, and provide a solid foundation for strengthened enforcement.

  • Risk Prevention and Control: From Reactive to Proactive

Following the principle of “tiered classification and differentiated control,” we conduct a thorough review of production units, equipment, and facilities. By closely monitoring high-risk areas and implementing targeted, precise controls, we achieve a genuine shift from “reactive defense” to “proactive prevention.”

  • Accountability Implementation: Everyone Is a Safety Officer

All annual safety and environmental responsibility agreements have been signed and implemented, with targets broken down at every level and metrics quantified step by step. A supporting evaluation mechanism has been launched simultaneously, using refined assessments to drive the implementation of responsibilities, transforming the slogan “everyone is a safety officer” into a conscious practice.

As the first quarter draws to a close, our journey continues. The company will remain steadfast in pursuing its annual goals, using the successful start of the first quarter to pave the way for a triumphant year-end. Through concrete actions and tangible results, we will deliver an outstanding performance that contributes to the Group’s high-quality development.
